Mr. Finberg’s practice areas include real estate transactions, business transactions and civil litigation.

His experience consists of commercial lease preparation, real estate purchase and sale contracts, real estate option contracts, construction contracts and subcontracts, retail landlord-tenant transactions and litigation, corporation, partnership and limited liability company formation,

distributorship agreements, business buy-sell agreements, federal copyright and trademark registration, and general law and motion and discovery practice related to business and civil litigation.

Mr. Finberg earned a B.S. in Biophysics from the University of California at Berkeley in 1988, and a J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in 1996. He was admitted to the California bar in 1998, and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court (Eastern District of California). He is a member of the Kern County Bar Association, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Golden Empire Transit District in Kern County. Top
